PRINCETON, N.J. Table Tennis TV (TTTV), a new streaming platform dedicated to top professional table tennis, announced its official launch today. TTTV (tabletennis.tv) will serve as the exclusive live home of Major League Table Tennis (MLTT) and the North American home for the German Table Tennis Bundesliga (TTBL), with additional international leagues a1```nd original content to be announced.

The TTTV platform premieres on Friday, Sept. 5 with a 12:30 p.m. ET Bundesliga showdown, as Borussia Düsseldorf’s Kanak Jha and Dang Qiu face SV Werder Bremen’s Mattias Falck and Kirill Gerassimenko.

Later that evening, at 7:00 p.m. ET, Season 3 of Major League Table Tennis officially begins in Pleasanton, Calif., with the Florida Crocs taking on the Portland Paddlers. Over the course of the MLTT season, TTTV will broadcast every match — more than 90 live events — featuring Olympians like Lily Zhang (USA) and Koki Niwa (Japan) and top-ranked players from over 30 countries. Fans can expect global competition at the highest level and some of the fastest rallies in sports.

TTTV is the first dedicated streaming home for professional table tennis in North America. While fans in countries like China and Germany can see select matches on broadcast or general sports platforms, no other service delivers a dedicated table tennis experience that combines both domestic league coverage and international rights in one place. The service is owned and operated by MLTT.

"Table tennis is the world’s sixth most popular sport, yet fans in North America have never had a dedicated home to watch it," said Lily Zhang, four-time U.S. Olympian and currently the No. 1 women’s player in the U.S. "That’s why TableTennis.TV is such an important step— it shines a spotlight on our sport, celebrates its global appeal, and makes it easier than ever for fans to connect with the game we love."

In addition to MLTT, TTTV has partnered with Dyn, one of Germany’s leading sports streaming services, to secure exclusive North American rights to TTBL, the world’s most prestigious professional table tennis league.

"We are excited to work with Andreas Heyden and Dyn, one of the most innovative platforms out there, as we expand coverage and reach for a sport that deserves it," said Table Tennis TV GM David Guinan.

The TTBL deal gives North American fans the only destination to watch several of the sport’s biggest global names including:

  • Fan Zhendong – Paris Olympic men’s Gold Medalist from China and former World No. 1
  • Kanak Jha – Current No. 1 men’s player in the U.S., six-Time men’s U.S. National Champion and three-Time Olympian
  • Dimitrij Ovtcharov – Former World No. 1 and six-time Olympic Medalist from Germany

"I’m really excited that TableTennis.TV is creating a dedicated home for our sport," said Jha, a Bundesliga star. "Fans will finally have one place to follow table tennis at the highest level, including my Bundesliga matches. It’s a big move forward for growing the game and connecting with more fans around the world."

TTTV will air 30 TTBL matches this season, including both regular season and German Table Tennis Cup fixtures.

“We are on a mission to advance the sport of table tennis globally,” said Flint Lane, Founder & CEO of MLTT. “TableTennis.TV is more than just a platform for MLTT and TTBL — it’s an open invitation to leagues and content providers around the world to join us in building one destination for the very best in table tennis. Together, we can grow the game, elevate the athletes, and bring millions of new fans into the sport.”

TTTV expects to add more global leagues to its platform over the coming months.

In addition to live matches, TTTV will feature exclusive interviews, features, and behind-the-scenes content with Bundesliga and MLTT athletes, building a one-of-a-kind hub for fans of the sport.
